I have added some software relate to oil calculation. The software are:
1. BunkerCal
A Bunker Tank Sounding calculation program. Bunker survey calculation for tank sounding report based on ASTM Table 54B .
Follow this link to know more https://www.sevensurveyor.com/software/surveysoft-marine-surveyor-software/
2. OilCal
A Petroleum calculation program. For shipboard survey with calculation and ullage report based on ASTM Table 6A, 6B, 54A and Table 54B.
For more info check here: https://www.sevensurveyor.com/software/surveysoft-marine-surveyor-software/.
Hope the software is useful. Please try it and drop your comment here.

Hi Hidelito..
As I known :
– US System will result the volume in Barrels, then weight in Long Ton and Metric Ton.
– Metric System will result the volume in Kiloliters, then weight in Metric Ton and Long Ton.
So, both volume and weight are required calculation in petroleum custody transfer, both of them are subject to change by density and temperature as well, and most of petroleum trading still use volume and weight to determine the quantity.
January 18, 2017
Why calculation in the Asian region for petroleum products adopted mostly in Metric System and while in US and ME is US barrel, we are aware, petroleum products deals with density and temperature in correlation with the volume, what we are dealing is petroleum in volume and not the weight. What is significant of volume discrepancy? ( Volume. vs. Weight ) In the refinery, we have called the refinery gain, it does not followed also the standard equation to One US barrels equal to 42 gallons due to processing and chemical changes. I hope you can clarify on this issue.

in the LPG Carrier between the MOSS and GTT 96 Tank, which more advantage membrane against sloshing?

Dear Sinh,
Thanks for your comment.
I guest that you question is about density commingle or mix density.
If yes, here the explanation:
– TANK A
Quantity(Q): 100.00 m3
Density (D): 0.9880
– TANK B
Quantity(Q): 130.00 m3
Density (D): 0.9870
– TANK C
Quantity(Q): 150.00 m3
Density (D): 0.9850
If all TANK (A+B+C) pumps to TANK D:
= {(AQxAD)+(BQxBD)+(CQxCD)} / (AQ+BQ+CQ)
= {(100.00 x 0.9880)+(130.00 x 0.9870)+(150.00 x 0.9850)} / (110.00 + 130.00 + 150.00)
= (99.80 + 128.31 + 147.75) / 390.00
= 375.89 / 390.00
= 0.9637 >>> Density at TANK D.

Dear Hidelito,
Thank you for visiting. To convert API to density you could use the following calculation:
141.5 / (131.5 + API gravity)

Dear Harshal,
Thanks for downloading.
You could use the trial version to calculate limited tanks and see the result of calculation, but you could not save the data. It will automatically replace your data with pre-load data that coming with software.
